Our approach to counseling is to form a real, authentic relationship with you, utilize the latest methods, and engage in a therapy process that is practical, focused and deep. We believe that therapy can solve immediate problems such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues and more, but we also believe in therapy as a path of change and personal growth that becomes part of your journey to greater maturity, fulfillment, and happiness.
We stay up on the latest science so that you benefit from the most effective and efficient pathways to change and healing. Our approach is neuroscience-informed both in terms of how we construct the learning and growth process in therapy and in terms of the protocols and methods of change we employ to address specific issues. Keeping up with developments in the field doesn’t make us serious or stodgy, however–we aim to be down-to-earth, friendly, relational, and fully transparent, able to explain any aspect of the therapy process to you as needed.
Services: Individual psychotherapy $150 for 45min appointments, or $175/$180 for one hour appointments

Individual therapy is most appropriate to place a complete focus on specific issues and receive personal, individualized attention in resolving them. Most clients begin with individual therapy. Couples therapy is appropriate when you and a partner want to work together to learn better skills, improve your relationship, and better understand you partner dynamics. Group counseling is a powerful way to develop relationship skills and gain insight into how you present yourself to others.
