Taylor Cnudde, LPC
Licensed Individual and Couples Therapist
KAT (Ketamine Assisted Therapy) Certified Therapist
Taylor is a psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients discover greater joy, connection, and meaning in their lives. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University, along with a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Post-Master’s Ed.S. degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University.
Taylor specializes in supporting individuals and couples as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Her work centers on helping clients heal from trauma, uncover their authentic selves, develop self-compassion and resilience, and build meaningful connections with others.
Using an integrative approach, Taylor combines Psychotherapy and Mindfulness to guide clients toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life. She believes healing happens best in relationships, which is why she prioritizes creating warm, secure therapeutic connections. With kindness and curiosity, she helps clients explore their experiences and emotions, while gently challenging unhelpful patterns that may be holding them back.
Taylor’s practice is rooted in the latest therapeutic modalities, and she tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her approach draws on attachment science, somatic awareness, and experiential techniques, enriched by training with field leaders such as Dr. Tori Olds Ph.D, John Howard, LPC, LMFT, and Dr. Diana Fosha, Ph.D. Committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment, Taylor is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, HAES aligned, and supportive of non-traditional relationships.
Outside of her work as a therapist, Taylor enjoys dancing, traveling, spending time in nature, and exploring new creative outlets.
