Meghan is a warm and empathetic therapist who incorporates the latest methodologies. She has a deep understanding of power dynamics and multicultural perspectives to help clients from diverse backgrounds and in various stages of life. Meghan’s open-minded style is to be fully present with her clients emotionally and in conversation, to be non-judgmental, and to walk through life transitions with her clients, prioritizing personal growth and awareness. She weaves together various approaches including attachment science, emotional exploration, somatic awareness and mindfulness practices to help each client feel seen, understood, and supported.
Meghan has a Masters in Counseling from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelors in Science from Texas State University. She works with individuals and couples as well as people in various non-traditional relationship structures such as non-monogamy and polyamory. She facilitates space for each client to explore and gain a deeper understanding of patterns, values, and to take steps towards greater self-compassion and connection.
She also holds additional certificates in the treatment of trauma, Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Meghan is married with four children and spends as much time as possible hiking in the woods or near water. She is an avid reader and can often be found with her nose in a book, absorbing wisdom in topics ranging from spirituality to delicious new recipes to try.
