Need emotional support during a stressful time? Need to explore questions of meaning and life purpose, or help navigating a difficult life transition? Are you arguing too much with your partner while sheltering in place? Worried that depression may be creeping in or getting worse, or that your anxiety is a little too high? We offer expert teletherapy to support you, help you explore your mind, purpose and identity, and help you to become a mature, happy, and fulfilled individual thriving in life.
Our therapists are well-versed in working remotely. We do video-based therapy via a private and confidential, HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform. We use an upgraded healthcare Zoom account for extra privacy, security, and stability, in compliance with all local and State guidelines for teletherapy. All you need is a private space to talk, or walk and talk in your neighborhood!
Booking an initial appointment is easy. We handle the paperwork digitally via Docusign, and then schedule you with an experienced practitioner well-matched to your goals and needs. We have therapists in network with Seton Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO), and Whole Foods, and also offer self-pay therapy with experienced providers.
During these times, it’s important to get support. Connecting with a therapist has the dual benefit of helping you process your experience and optimize your mental health, as well as providing you with valuable emotional and social connection at a time when we are all more isolated than usual. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and group. Our therapy groups are fun, challenging, and an affordable way to bond with others as you explore yourself and develop key relationship skills. All groups meets virtually once a week via Zoom.
To book your first therapy session, 100% digitally, simply call or text our office at 512-469-0535 or email us at admin@austinprofessionalcounseling.com and we will walk you through the options and place you with a provider matched specifically to you. Don’t isolate–reach out! Now that most people have more time than usual is a great time to work on yourself, learn more about optimizing your mental, emotional, and relationship health and well-being, explore issues, and put the time to good use!
