Many come into psychotherapy in the hopes of forging richer and more satisfying relationships, achieving personal and professional goals, and living up to their potential. Others are suffering from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, a sense of meaninglessness, difficulty in relationships, professional burnout, or other sources of severe distress.
Lewis adopts a flexible approach to therapy that aims to meet each person’s individual needs and circumstances. Some may benefit from a structured approach to behavioral change, whereas others may profit from exploration into the unconscious forces governing self-defeating patterns and relational difficulties.
Drawing from both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral practices, Lewis endeavors to help you develop an increased capacity for self-understanding and the freedom to pursue a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
