Licensed Individual and Couples Therapist
KAT (Ketamine Assisted Therapy) Certified Therapist
Taylor holds a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University, and a Masters in School Counseling and Post-Masters Ed.S. degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. She is passionate about helping clients heal and deepen their relationships with themselves and others.
Taylor welcomes individuals and couples who are seeking to create change in their lives. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, self-compassion/acceptance, and relationship issues.
Taylor may be a good fit for you if anxiety or depression are causing daily distress, self-criticism and burnout are impacting work performance, or if relationships feel unmanageable and disconnected. She supports clients to overcome painful past experiences and unhelpful patterns, in order to reconnect with themselves, loved ones, and career in more meaningful and successful ways.
Taylor’s therapeutic approach integrates attachment science, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotion-focused techniques. Sessions are tailored to fit the unique concerns of each client. She trains in experiential approaches with field leaders such as Dr. Tori Olds, Ph.D, John Howard, LPC, LMFT, and Dr. Diana Fosha, Ph.D. Committed to creating a warm, safe space and welcoming you just as you are, Taylor is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive, HAES aligned, and supportive of non-traditional relationships.
Taylor’s other passions include traveling, dance, yoga and exploring new creative outlets. She charges $150/per session.
