Have you ever been told by a friend (or a therapist) that you should meditate? Have you struggled to meditate on your own? Do you think maybe this whole meditation and yoga thing isn’t for you? You’ve come to the right place! This class is designed for you. Yoga nidra is a super relaxing and accessible form of guided meditation that is suitable for just about everyone. No experience required! All we ask is that you show up with an open mind, limit the number of distractions in your space, and stay until the end. Our instructor will guide you from start to finish and answer any questions you may have about this gentle and restorative practice.
